Pet friendly private jet charter for dogs and cats
No cargo hold, no weight limit for the cabin, no stress at a gate. On a pet friendly private jet, your pet sits with you from door to door.

Pet rules by region
A private jet for pets removes the airline rules, but border rules still apply. Each region sets its own requirements for dogs and cats arriving by air.
Europe
Dogs and cats entering the EU need a microchip, a rabies vaccination at least 21 days old and an EU pet passport or animal health certificate. The UK accepts pets only on approved routes and with approved handling agents, which we check when we quote.
United States
Dogs entering the US need a CDC Dog Import Form receipt and must be at least six months old and microchipped. Domestic flights need no special paperwork.
Middle East
Most Gulf states require an import permit, microchip, rabies vaccination and a recent health certificate. Apply early, as permits can take several days.
Caribbean
Rules differ by island, and several require import permits issued in advance. We confirm the exact paperwork for your arrival island.
Rules change, so we recheck them for every dog friendly private jet flight we book. Start the paperwork at least four weeks before an international trip.
Pet travel rules by country
The documents for a pet charter flight depend on where you land, not on the aircraft. These are the main entry rules for dogs and cats in the countries our clients fly to most.
Treat this as a checklist to discuss with your vet. Requirements change, and some countries also restrict certain dog breeds.

Pet travel checklist for flight day
A calm pet makes for a calm flight. A little preparation helps a lot.
- Tell us the size and weight of each pet when you book
- Bring a leash, a blanket and water for the flight
- Carry original documents, not copies
- Walk your dog before boarding. The terminal team can show you a spot
- A soft carrier or seat cover helps on aircraft with light upholstery
Nervous pets travel better with a familiar toy or blanket. Ask your vet about longer flights.
Do private jets charge extra for pets?
Most operators do not charge for pets. A few add a cleaning fee of a few hundred dollars, and we list it in the quote.
Some owners do not allow animals on board. We filter those aircraft out before we send options, so every jet you see welcomes your pet.
Dog friendly private jet flights, door to door
Airlines put most dogs in the hold and allow only small pets in a carrier in the cabin, often up to about 8 kilograms in Europe. A pet friendly private jet has no such limit.
Your dog in the cabin
Your dog boards with you at the private terminal. It stays at your feet or on a covered seat for the whole flight. No crate in the hold, no separation, no cargo office.
Large dogs and several pets
We arrange flights for one small terrier and for families travelling with two retrievers and a cat. Each operator confirms its pet policy in writing before we send the quote. That way there are no surprises at the steps.
Paperwork for a pet charter flight
Trips with pets rarely fail because of the aircraft. They fail on documents. Your advisor checks the entry rules for your destination and reminds you of each deadline for vaccines, permits and treatments.
What to pack for flight day
A little preparation keeps a pet calm on board. Bring these with you.
- Leash, water and a familiar blanket
- Original vet documents, not copies
- A seat cover for light upholstery
Tell us the size and number of pets when you ask for a quote. We only show aircraft whose owners welcome them.
Pet friendly private jet questions
Owners of dogs and cats ask us these questions most often before a pet friendly private jet flight. If your pet has special needs, tell us when you book.
Can my dog sit on the seat?
On most aircraft, yes, with a cover. During take off and landing, small pets should be held or in a carrier, and large dogs should lie on the floor.
Are there size limits?
Not by law on a private charter. The only limits are the cabin size and the operator policy, which we check for you.
Can I fly with more than one pet?
Yes. Tell us how many and we will choose an aircraft with enough floor space.
