The last column is how early we suggest booking for a good choice of aircraft. Last minute flights are often still possible, but with fewer options and higher prices.

How to fly private to a big event
Event weeks follow their own rules. A little planning makes the difference between an easy trip and a long wait on the ramp.
- Book the outbound and the return together
- Ask for a slot at your preferred time, not only a date
- Expect the jet to drop you off and park elsewhere
- Plan the car or helicopter from the airport in advance
- Keep the return flexible by an hour or two

The departure rush after the event
The hardest part of any event is leaving. After a Super Bowl, hundreds of jets want to depart within a few hours, and airports set slot programmes to manage the queue.
A booked slot and a crew already in place get you out first. Leaving the next morning is calmer and sometimes cheaper, so we price both.

Private jet to the Super Bowl
Super Bowl LXI is in February 2027 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Los Angeles. Hawthorne airport sits right next to the stadium, while Van Nuys and Burbank have more parking. Slots and parking go first, so book early.
Monaco Grand Prix private jet
Nice is the gateway to Monaco, with a short helicopter hop to the principality. Cannes Mandelieu is an option for smaller jets. Race week is one of the busiest of the year on the Riviera.
Private jet to the Masters and the Kentucky Derby
Augusta in April and Louisville in May both see far more jets than usual. Smaller nearby fields such as Daniel Field and Bowman Field bring you closer to the gates.
Wimbledon and Royal Ascot
Farnborough serves both well, with Biggin Hill a good choice for Wimbledon from the east. Ask us about cars to the venue as part of the trip.

How far ahead should I book a private jet for the Super Bowl?
Six to eight weeks is safe, and more if you want a large jet. Airport parking near the stadium sells out, so many jets drop off and reposition. Book the return at the same time, because the departure rush after the game is the hardest part.
How do I get to the Monaco Grand Prix by private jet?
Fly into Nice, then take a helicopter of about seven minutes to the Monaco heliport, or a car of about 40 minutes in normal traffic. Nice is extremely busy that week, so book slots and helicopter seats early.
Which airport is best for the Masters?
Augusta Regional is the main airport and Daniel Field is closer to the course for smaller aircraft. Both need early booking in Masters week, when parking and slots are limited.
Do prices go up for events?
Often, yes. Demand for jets near the event rises, and many aircraft must fly in empty from other cities. Booking early and being flexible on the return time keep the price down.
